Accommodation for Long-Term Guests
- The minimum renting time for an apartment is 30 succeeding days without interruption.
- The rent for each month has to be paid in advance until the 3rd of each month. In case of nonpayment the claim for the room expires.
- Terminating your contract has to be done one week before your final departure.
- A credit voucher in case of midterm cancelation within the first 30 days will not be granted.
- The rent includes cleaning the room, exchange of bed sheets, exchange of towels and waste disposal once a week. (We calculate 20 minutes for cleaning the room. If the room is heavily soiled we invoice 3,00 EUR per 5 minutes extra work.)
- The cleaning of the microwave has to be done by the guest.
Arrival & Departure
On the day of arrival the room is available for you from 4.00 pm on. On the day of departure the room has to be left until 11.00 am.
If you arrive earlier you can use our luggage dump.
Rate Calculation for 30 Days
Rate per Room / Night for one Person:

On the day of departure the final cleaning will be charged at the rate of your room category. In the case of a heavily soiled room (more than 60 minutes cleaning) the rate will be charged two times.

Payment

Please consider that we need a valid identity card or driver’s license and a valid credit card for checking you in.
It is also possible to pay in advance or to pay in cash on day of arrival.
